CANCELLATION POLICY: 15 days prior to the arrival full amount will be refunded failing which one night retention will be charged & full stay will be levied for cancellations received within 03 days prior to arrival. ( In case of group bookings of 3 rooms & above, 01 night retention will be applicable in case of cancellation irrespective of date of the cancellation & full stay will be levied for cancellations received within 05 days prior to arrival ).
CHECK-IN: Check-in time is any time after 12 PM (not guaranteed due to high volume of occupancy). If you arrive earlier the we will be pleased to store your luggage until your room is ready. Guests will be required to present a valid identification
CHECK-OUT: Check-out is at 12 PM. If you require a later check-out, please contact us before 10 am on the day of departure, and we will do our best to accommodate your request.
